This refund policy is valid from Feb 2024. REFUND POLICY How to request a return due to transport accidents: If an accident has occurred during transportation that has led to the item being damaged, you can request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order at your address. To do this, send a message to the number (21) 98380-5409 informing about the incident, your full name, and order number. You will receive the refund within 30 days from the date of receiving the return. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from the store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive the refund.

How to return the item:

The cost of returning the item will be covered by the store through the reverse logistics process. You will receive a postage authorization code by email after your return request, and you should post the goods at a post office. We do not cover packaging costs, so we suggest using the same packaging in which you received your purchase (if it is not damaged) or an appropriate box that preserves the items during transportation.
